Type: Storyline.
Omar is a former policeman. Why is the former? He gave the General information about the captain who took bribes. The captain got out, but Omar, he was fired and he had to go back to the district to become a simple thug. During gang warfare COP hired hostile gang to deal with Omar. He bribed Joe to be his best friend. After the bandits beat Omar, COP sends him in a forest hut, "to work for moral damage".
