Winter Mod for GTA San Andreas

In GTA San Andreas winter comes! Realistically the atmosphere of winter are on the road poured sand Chililand mountain in the snow, and the village to the forest near the mountain in the snow, too. Winter comes only in the lower left corner of the map, but the territory is quite large, so there\'s room :)
