SpecDefekty for GTA San Andreas

MOD replaces all the special effects in the game. Cars now have purple neon, yellow motorcycle neon, neon green, and helicopters from aircraft red neon!The explosions now vyglâditât more summoned. Instead of water now the lava, then a swamp, depending on the time of day. Instead Of The Moon-Jupiter. Also replace the smoke, fire, birds, small bushes, the light from headlights and more.
