Mobile Timecycle v 2.0 for GTA San Andreas

Modification changes the standard timecycle on new, more colorful, like settings from the mobile version.
This is the second version of the mod.

What's new:
The author changed the shift of the day.
Sun now has become more similar to the mobile version.
In the initial Welcome screen, you can see the sky, like a mobile version (more like the Xbox version).
