Lights Project HQ for SA-MP for GTA San Andreas

This modification adds Sun GTA V in multiplayer!
Features:
-Full compatibility with GTA V HUD (any version)
Sun uses two textures, one with a IMFX the other with CLEO script
-Also added moon phase and spray drops
-All textures: water, stars, sand etc. replaced with new HQ as
-New effects from headlights, lanterns and more
Now the Sun is and in multiplayer! Taken from my retekstura (GTA V SUN)
-Now, the light from the headlights of the reversing effect on road
-It works and in single player
-Missions are not available
-Changed a bit nice that increases the range of Timecycle plotting and slightly modifies the color the weather
