ENB by ardager02 v. 2 for GTA San Andreas

The list of changes:
-Added DOF effect;
-Removed unnecessary effects because
they load the FPS;
-New timecyc;
-New reflection.
GeForce 9800 GT and the Intel pentium.
45-70 FPS consistently.
P.S.
If you have suggested, then disconnect the limitation of in game settings.
