Dynamic SkyDome Mod v1.0.4 for GTA San Andreas

Main features:
-Dynamic and realistic clouds.
-Dynamic Ferris wheel 0.5 BETA.

Improvements in v1.0.4:
-Video installation.
-Fixed a small bug that appears in the evening.
-Markedly reduced file size.
-Fixed crash when exiting the Interior.
-New realistic sounds for rain.
-Fixed a bug with the stars at night.
-One version of fashion-as for SAMP, and singlpleera.
-At the request of users all climates and time open, except for the night.
-Added strong chaotic rain improved some effects for a better view.
-Load time is now less, depending on the installed mods.
-Clouds as HDRi 10 k Full HD, it can cause slow loading at the beginning of the game, but looks good.
-Additional support for SAMP and singlpleera.
-New clouds for rain and dusk.
-Reorganization of the weather conditions.
-Random climates (optional).
-Panoramic camera for broader environmental review Wednesday (on request).

Coming soon:
-Slow transitions between textures of clouds.
-Normal-mapy on clouds to distinguish between solar and Lunar light.
