GTA IV Graphics 1.0 for GTA San Andreas

I want to introduce you to your mod, which adds to the game original artwork from GTA IV. I would like to mention, I tried to do the exact similarity of gamma, Bloom'a effect and reflection as in the aforementioned game. And, as I think I have succeeded. By the way, this mod will be relevant to players who play with winter and autumn modes.
Features:
-Full Optimization for low-end PC;
-Quality customized colours exactly similar with wide range of GTA IV;
-Perfectly tuned effect Bloom'a;
-Quality-minded reflection on cars, similar to the reflections of the GTA IV;
-Timecyc Quality, i.e. the color of the sky, similar to the sky from GTA IV;
-Disabled the original shadows because they ate a lot of FPS. The author of this script is The Hero;
