Winter mod v1 for GTA San Andreas

Old, but still a quality winter mod that replaces all the textures in the game for the winter. It is worth noting that the MOD works in SA-MP and on weak computers.
Attention! The file I had to split into 2 parts, because in one installer is just not vlezlo!
