HD Particle.txd for GTA San Andreas

Quality replacement textures in Particle.txd file, that is, the texture of the water, light from the pillars, light from headlights, etc. like me, looks beautiful and realistic, especially the light from the poles at night. The author of the texture data, unfortunately, is not known. Texture file itself was pulled from a modification of "distant lights".
