Flying Stuff for GTA San Andreas

This modification adds to the game of falling random objects. There are two kinds of leaves, two kinds of paper, feathers, and insects (rare).
The mod works on the new ASI-plugin EffectLOADER(by DK22Pac), which allows you to add new effects no replacement.
The authors of the effects ZAZ and Mystertv.
