Enb for low PC V2.0 for GTA San Andreas

You might be interested in the second version of my mod if you computer around 2005-6. I have not pulled no enb and I decided to make my own. The first version was drawn on a Bang but didn't look very nice! This Enb does not slow, looks realistic, despite the weak features of your computer.

So, what is in fashion:
Normal Mapping (Very nice effect!)
Water (Very nice and realistic, does not load your computer. Now and texture, making it very beautiful).
Enb bump (not me, it's not like the black jelly on surfaces more reminiscent of a natural surface)
Colormod (as Made according to the principle: not as cartoons but not as the darkest nightmares, in my very well)
Reflection on the machines (disabled but can be enabled if the computer allows, by using the shift f11 look very realistic).
