Winter Colormode (SA:MP) for GTA San Andreas

This ASI plugin will make the colours in your game is paler, and the picture itself will give a more dark, "cold" contrast.
By the way, this modification will perfectly complement any winter mod and in no way will be to load your PC. Working in SA:MP.

* Requires ASI Loader (CLEO or 4.3.22).
