HQ Black & White Loadscreens (GTA IV Pictures) for GTA San Andreas

This modification replaces the standard boot screens at a black-and-white arts with the characters from GTA IV.
By the way, the pictures are only secondary characters. Are replaced as well and the menu and cursor on a new, in HQ quality.
We can say that this mod is "universal" and, in my opinion, suitable even for modifications on Russian themes.

Features:
* High image quality (1920x1080);
* High-quality processing of each image;
* Replaced all the loading screens;
* Replaced the melody when you start the game. Now instead of the standard tunes will be played "dirty" instrumental composition "Kurtz" group "Krovostok".

Requires Mod Loader.
