Standard effects without smoke and dust. They add FPS very much, especially in rain / fog / sandstorm.
Note:
- I'm reloading with the installation via Mod Loader, since some other modifications (for example, APP v3.2.1) can replace them. This will not happen with the installation via Mod Loader. And yes, the author is unknown.
