Improved ParticleTXD for GTA San Andreas

ParticleTXD is a file that contains textures of water, blood, tire tracks, static shadows, and other things.
This modification will replace all standard textures with better ones.
Features:
- HD Blood;
- HD Headlight Light;
- HD Tire Tracks;
- HD Static Shadows;
- HD Water, perfectly compatible with ENB Shader Water.
To work, you need a Mod Loader, and to work in SA-MP, you need ModdedSAA!
