Edited the original timecyc file.dat is responsible for color and lighting cycle of the game.

The MOD will replace the file timecyc.dat with the PS2 version for the PC.

SkyGFX returns the atmosphere graphics with PS2.

For correct work in SA: MP is needed "SampGraphicRestore".
