Road repair v 2.0

2'aâ version of my mod, which adds the maintenance work on the vast expanses of the State of San Andreas. Unlike previous versions of the drivers circle enclosure, and repairs do not interfere with the player and serve as elements of a map.
Features:
-Added effect of Earth dug out
-Dug underground water pipes
-Added special Technics
-Out of pipe smoke is dug
-Area completely fenced
-Fits perfectly into the atmosphere of the game!
