This mod will add a small Christmas tree on Grove Street, right in the middle of the yard! The Christmas tree has excellent quality and beautiful gifts that will perfectly convey the spirit of Christmas and New Year!

this new safehouse for gta sa is located in flint county swamp, the idea was to add, a small cabin for a location that is very well known ingame but not visited very much, maybe soon something else will come to that area and bring it alive ? who knows ?
