Features:
- Russian license plates have been installed;
- changed UV channels: from 1st to 2nd;
- added new textures of 3D rooms, carplate and carpback in TXD;
- removed some constructions in both DFF and TXD;
- deleted all files from the Mod Loader folder;
- deleted all files from the CLEO folder.
Now the mod does not require the installation of Mod Loader and CLEO.
