SEPTA PCC II

Works in the filter Sump.
The tram is running with standard settings normal GTA SA.
PS Adapted the GTA Province and tram scripts.
Would add to the atmosphere of the classic GTA SA, the car fits perfectly, maybe in the real San Francisco travel such PCC.
