URM: Winter Mod for GTA San Andreas

Winter package textures for a global modification of GTA San Andreas-United Russian Mod (beta2).
Winter package textures for a global modification of GTA San Andreas-United Russian Mod (beta2)-replaces the usual summer places on the polar opposite. Players can now be in snowy Russia.
The modification was designed for one and a half months and was released in October 2011. For a long time it was closed, but not so long ago, it was decided to open it to all comers.
Modification is distributed "AS-IS" and is exclusive to the project site and Roleplay: URM GameModding.net.
Note that without the United Russian Mod this modification is useless.
