Letters to private for GTA San Andreas

I had nothing else to do, and I decided to make letters for numbers, and then another, and the fictional rooms in Russia-for LS, Ukraine-for LV, and Belarus-for SF. It's kind of Nice.
Attention! This mod replaces wehicle.txd, so the texture is light, steering wheels, tyres, etc. will be replaced!
