GTA SA: V to Realistic Handling for GTA San Andreas

The mod makes the machine even more realistic. Now they will gradually slow down, and if you want to stop or sharply to drift, then you have to click on the hand brake (blank by default).

Attention! Completely replaces the file handling.cfg!
