New file carcols.dat for GTA San Andreas

Replaced color vehicles such as:
-Buses
-Trucks
-Passenger cars
-Boats
-Trains
-Police vehicles
-Trailers
-Aircraft
In tuning garage introduces a number of new colors.
Also the changes include:
1. now the beautiful green passenger train and a freight train has several options for coloring (green with yellow stripe, blue with a white stripe, etc.).
2. now every city police cars are painted in a different color.
