DLC Ghetto for GTA San Andreas

This DLC adds more bandits in the groups Los Santos instead of replacing old ones, as they are set to the new ID.
Added:
8 new bandits Ballas
13 new bandits in Grove
3 new Varrios Los Aztecas Bandit

In future versions of this DLC is planned:
1. Add new gangsters in HD quality at all factions of Los Santos.
2. Add cars on new ID for gangs.
3. Add new residents of the ghetto areas. (Drug dealers, gangsters and other inhabitants.)
