Minimum configuration (gta_sa.set) for GTA San Andreas

Gta_sa.set file, located in the folder GTA San Andreas User Files. It contains game settings, such as managing the player driving, mouse settings, screen resolution, sound volume and so I uploaded for the weak PC gta_sa.set changed the display settings, and configuration management of the player and auto, see on the screenshot with the keyboard.
