VehFuncs v0.6.3 for GTA San Andreas

VehFuncs, this is a mod for GTA SA which seeks to bring new features to its vehicles-mods - similar to the APT and IVF.
What activates:
- Hitch a trailer to any car;
- Opening of "butterflies" in the compressor during acceleration;
- Any part (e.g., gear) rotates with the engine;
- Any part (e.g., fan, motor) is constantly rotated at a speed;
- Spinners (foot and wheel continue to rotate), as in the games: "Midnight Club 3", "NFSU2", etc.;
- Ability to install in a car audio system.
- Digital speedometer
- To do wheels extras
This version fixes the color settings and made compatible with the IVF machine.
