Mod Loader 0.3.8 for GTA San Andreas

New, at the moment, the version of Mod Loader.

Mod Loader is ASI-plugin for fast installation of textures, models, etc.

Changes.

in version 0.3.6:

- Added support .asi plugins and .dll libraries.

in version 0.3.8:

- Fixed many bugs;

- You can now use the Mod Loader in GTA III and GTA VC;

- Removed the size limit of the logfile;

- Improved performance;

- You can now load more than 10 thousand mods!;

- Fixed crashes after 5 or 10 minutes of the game;

- Fixed auto-update;

- Auto-update resources is now faster;

Minor:

- added Spanish and Croatian, but the translation they may still contain errors.
