No Agressive Drivers for GTA San Andreas

Surely everyone has seen aggressive drivers in the game from crashing or even slightly hurt someone, and he begins to pursue you endlessly and mercilessly RAM your car. This is extremely frustrating and completely pointless (especially when you are pursued by an ambulance or fire truck).

This mod corrects this issue.
The mod works by editing the two dat files in the data/decision, so no need to worry about compatibility with other mods, because so far no mod in the world does not replace these files.
