RunDLL32.exe Fix for GTA San Andreas

I'm sure many have faced such a problem when you click on gta_sa.exe (or the shortcut) and the game doesn't open. At the same time no error message and task Manager you can see that the process remains open. But the game will not open, even if you will be a long wait.

This is due to the process rundll32.exe that opens along with the game. Some people also had problems with the opening of the game when you are not connected to the Internet, which makes absolutely no sense. And all this is happening because of the wonderful rundll32.exe!

This plugin will resolve this problem. Now, when you open the game process rundll32.exe will close, thereby, problems related to rundll32.exe will be no more.

The plugin also works in GTA 3, GTA Vice City, GTA 4, and possibly in other games too.
