Carl can also cough. To do this, press TAB and N to infect pedestrians. In turn, they will also spread the disease. You can also enter a quarantine. To do this, enter the "QUAR" cheat and a number from 0 to 7 for the quarantine level. After introducing the cheat, you will not see people and cars on the street.
