Fix for shaking cars for GTA San Andreas

This mod is a Handling.cfg config that fixes a bug with shaking the back of some cars (Greenwood, Premier, LSPD, SFPD, LVPD, and others).
For the mod to work in SA-MP, ModdedSAA is required.
