CLEO 4.4.4 for GTA San Andreas

The CLEO library is the basis of the GTA series modding of the RenderWare era, starting with III and ending with SA. This is the base without which almost any mod will not function properly. The latest version at the moment.
This mod is REQUIRED for installation!
The changes can be viewed on the Github, where you can also download the source code
Note:
- In the folders "cleo_saves" and "cleo_text" there is an empty file "GameModding.ini". I added it so that the auto installer would create these folders.
