GTA 4 for low PC for GTA San Andreas

In this package, there are some mods from GTA 4.
This Park, built for the weak computers, and to not strongly inhibited because of the FPS.
There are mostly not a visual fashion, and different Cleo scripts and sounds.
Replaced by roads, sounds, HUD, physics, effects. There are ENB to enable: Shift F12.
Cars, skins, trees, and some weapons, not replaced.
