Stabilizer for GTA San Andreas

I began to collect pack for the game and encountered few problems with disappearing textures, not working the mouse, set the "sa-streammemfix" texture ceased to disappear but the game began to close, having realized that it is because of this script and then I started to look for other scripts to stabilize, in one of the scripts I saw a comment "smalloff" on account of the fact that like to collect pack of stabilizing mods and decided to create just after the pack.

The site already has a similar pack, but there is a lot of unnecessary files that will only be in the way.
