Another of my work with skin. This time I redid the Colonel of police (TRAFFIC) in the MINISTRY of Justice in the form of major old-style. There are some minor bugs and defects. Have fun:)

The new version of the ENB, features:
1) Fixed all bugs (like for example when you look at the Sun, all yellow),
2) Increased productivity,
3) Added more effects (they are not heavily loaded system).
4) changed the water and clouds (was looking for a very long time are suitable),
5) added a Skybox (now the night sky would be in the stars)

Regular SI Hood from samphak 18 versions. Replaced by icons in style [RMC], added permanent sight, added to the CPS KMF damager that shows how much you have caused damage, and replaced all the icons on the map.
