Part 3 is built on sadness. Why? You ask. I just was not able to. Ideas end here part 3 is depressed. The last 3 missions are very hardcore.
This part of the cuts. But this does not mean that it is bad. There are normal missions.
Mission "Building" similar to the mission with the helicopter from Vice City's "the Destructors" immediately Caesar puts dynamite hands. Good game!
