Novikov from s. t. a. l. k. e. R for GTA San Andreas

Novikov is a fictional character in the game clear sky, call of Pripyat and extremely talented, capable to make the machine gun from the canning jars. Serves as the primary technician in the grouping of "Clean Sky". It can be found right at the beginning of the game based on the grouping. Novikov requests the player get him stick with enhancements to weapons. Novikov is a highly skilled specialist: he can upgrade almost any kind of weapons.
