Rana Thanoptis from Mass Effect 2 for GTA San Andreas

Rana Thanoptis-azari is a neurospecialist whose interests are mainly related to krogan cloning. When Shepard's squad storms Saren's laboratory on Vermire, Rana hides under the table from fright and, when the captain finds her, begs her to spare her, offering in return access to Saren's personal laboratory and information about the influence of the "Lord" on the minds of the victims of the experiments.
The skin is made qualitatively and works in SAMP without any problems.
