The Batarian from Mass Effect for GTA San Andreas

The Batarians are a humanoid race from the planet Khar'shan, who voluntarily isolated themselves from the rest of the Galaxy. Thanks to the multitude of pirate gangs and criminal authorities, the Batarians have gained the reputation of "bad guys" even outside the Terminus systems - and this despite the fact that most Batarians never leave the limits of their Hegemony, obeying the whims of their ubiquitous and extremely paranoid government.
