Alci\'s Img Editor v1.5 for GTA San Andreas

This is one of the best editors in the img file.
The program is fully written in qt4, so it has a relatively high speed of working with img files, great features and really nice UI.
Also, the program supports adding and extracting, simultaneously for more than 2 files (unlike Img Tool).
