Fix launch the game for GTA San Andreas

Some people, maybe even most, there is a problem starting the game the first time, i.e. we start the game and nothing happens, if you go to the task Manager, there you can see the games of small size if it is stop and start the game again, the game will start.
This script solves this problem using simple algorithm.

Installation:
1. Extract the file "run_gtasa.vbs" from the archive to the root directory of the game.
2. Be configured following the instructions in the Readme file and a photo (usually you can skip this).
3. For convenience, create a shortcut to the vbs file and run the game via this shortcut, or via a vbs file.
