Tanks for GTA Vice City

The envelope of the fire siphon. Replaces the Rhino (the tank). Has its own conflict and settings.

I never knew the little Thomas could be so... destructive! This will replace the Rhino!

Tank is not very good quality but I liked, I advise all to swing.
