The modification is a large-scale retexture of the mansion and adjacent objects in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Additionally, newspapers have been replaced with advertising of the site with merch and Dodo flies with a new banner. The mansion icon has been replaced.

Dmitry Gordon's chocolate egg replaces the standard Easter egg from GTA: Vice City. You can install the egg through the Mod Loader.

With this mod, you will be able to cut off the head of any pedu with a katana or machete, from the 1st time.
There was already such a mod, but this one is better in terms of implementation.

This is my first car conversion from GTA San Andreas to GTA Vice City. The car is designed in the style of Vice City. The mod is not a copy of the car for GTA 3, it is a completely different model. Ride on your health.

The quality of the textures is at a high level. It has a perfectly detailed interior.

When You Have Wanted The Cops Will Shoot You And The Energy Will Charged
And Press the "M" Button To Create Shockwave Around Radius 10
