New menu for Mafia 2.

This pack is sequel of Pak v 0.1
I took only a few mods from the first Pack, but otherwise everything new. This Pak old mods and new 11 10.
The 0.1 version of fashion that not everyone liked, now write briefly what has been in the 0.1 version there were:

-Big Guns
-Update the city etc.
