Descriptions
1. Main rules
1.1 It is prohibited to add several modifications into one single mod.
If modification can be divided into several independent modifications, then it is prohibited to add it as a single mod. When all the parts of the mod are to be published, then it will be possible to collect them from the pack. For example the trailer and the tractor are to be added as two individual mods and each of them must be chosen as an interchangable model.
1.2 It is forbidden to add the modifications that have been published on the site.
You can not add modifications on the site that have already been published by someone else before you. There can also be a scenario where 2 mods for moderation can be same. In such a case, the mod which is sent before for moderation will be reviewed and published.
1.3 It is forbidden to add modifications without files.
It is forbidden to publish empty mods without any files.
1.4 Prior to publication of a mod, you must ask the permission from the author.
If you are not the author of the information or mod provided, then you must ask the permission from the mod author/creator.
2. Title
2.1 The Title should reflect the essence of the mod.
You must write an appropriate title for the mod which it is related with. You can not simply write "Good Mod", "Mod from Andrew" and the so on... The name should relate to the very essence of the modification.
2.2 The name must begin with a capital letter.
If the name begins with the letter, it should be capitalized.
2.3 Special characters are not allowed in the title.
The title not must contain special characters such as: [] {} \ / | _ & $:; `^ @. Allowed characters: braces - (), single and double quotation marks - ", commas -,
2.4 Brand names and proper names must be spelled correctly.
Usually, brands have only the correct spelling and to make it clear what it is about to write their common name including maintaining insensitive, i.e. bmw - not right, and BMW - right.
2.5 The name should not contain misspelled words.
All words in the title must be written correctly and without any grammatical errors.
2.6 At the end of the name should not be a punctuation mark.
The name must end with words or numbers, as in the detailed description of the modification to the title is automatically added to the phrase "for GTA San Andreas" or "for the Mafia 2". That is the name of the game for which it is intended modification.
2.7 The name should not contain the names of games and categories.
You dont need to write for a game or category of events in the title. To do this, there are appropriate fields for it.
2.8 Profanity is prohibited in the title.
The name should not contain phrases and expressions that have improper usage in the cultural community, as well as expressions containing profanity, degrading, inciting ethnic hatred or threats, incitement to violence, terrorism and extremism.
3. Language
3.1 Language must match the language of the written description.
4. Description
4.1 It must not contain within itself the name of the mod.
There is no need to copy the name of mod in the description.
4.2 The description should be sufficient to understand the essence of the modification.
If mod has its own characteristics, or if the name is not clear about what makes a modification, the field must be filled. And it should be written that it is a given modification. It is not enough just to write "Rock, put the pros and leave some comments!". The special features must also apply to your game, which is necessary for the correct operation mode if the modification does not work on all versions.
4.3 The description should contain all the control buttons (if any).
If the modification is necessary to use special control buttons, which can not be found directly in the game, then they must be specified in the description.
4.4 The description should not contain coarse grammatical errors.
The description must not contain the following errors:
1. All words must be spelled correctly.
2. Proposals should begin with a capital letter and end with a dot, exclamation or question mark.
3. After dots and commas must be spaces.
4.5 Profanity is prohibited in the description.
The description should not contain phrases and expressions that are improper to use in polite society, as well as expressions contain profanity, degrading, inciting ethnic hatred or threats, incitement to violence, terrorism and extremism as well as racism.
4.6 The description should not contain unnecessary information.
The description should not include what is not a modification or the history of its creation. Keep it short and clear.
4.7 Advertising Information herein is prohibited.
The description should not contain an URL address, IP addresses and other advertising information.
4.8 Special characters are not allowed in the description.
The description should not contain special characters such as: [] {} \ / | _ & $:; `^ @ . If you need to distinguish bullet points, use a hyphen: -
4.9 Description shall be only in Russian or English language.
As our site supports only these two languages, Please use only them. Description in other languages is not allowed. If the description for example, is in German or Ukrainian, then the text must be translated into English or Russian before being added to the site.
Important: You can not to translate the names of brands, makes and models as well as the well-established phrases and expressions, such as "ReadMe file", "CLEO script" and so on.
5. Game
5.1 You should choose a game for which the modification is intended for.
6. Mod type
6.1 Selected type or category must match with the type of mod that is being added.
You have to choose one type of modification from the list, which is closest to the type of added modifications.
7. Mod author
7.1 Unnecessary information in the author is prohibited.
You should mention just the name of the author (s) and there should be nothing superfluous, such as "by". the author is allowed few nicks using aka, such as "Ivan Petrov aka b1ker". If the author is unknown, this field should not be filled.
7.2 Several authors in one embodiment, are prohibited.
You should not add several authors in a single field. They must be not be separated by several nicknames "and" or "& "eg" Leha and Kolyanych
7.3 Misleading or false information about the authors is prohibited.
It is forbidden to specify the names or nicknames of people who have not participated in the creation of modification.
8. Author e-mail
8.1 E-mail address should belong to the authors modifications.
It is forbidden to specify e-mail addresses of people who did not take part in the creation of modification.
8.2 Mailing address must have the correct format.
Allowed characters of the Latin alphabet (az), numbers and signs @ -.
9. Author site
9.1 It is necessary to specify only the authors site or page in a social network.
You can specify just a personal website or blog author, and links to social media profiles and profiles on sites with mods. It is also allowed to specify the address of a site on which the author publishes his modification. Allowed few variants.
9.2 Reference Links should be working.
Reference Links should be listed in this format, so it can be inserted into the browser and go to it. If the link does not open any page, the moderator has the right to reject such a publication.
10. Converter
10.1 Unnecessary information in the converter is not permitted.
It should be just the name of the converter (s) and there should be nothing superfluous, such as "by". allowed several nicknames converter using aka, such as "Ivan Petrov aka b1ker"

11. Make
11.1 The "Make" field have to be filled.
In this field you need to enter a real brand of vehicle, name of the game, or "rest".
11.2 The brand name must be spelled correctly.
Writing brand must match the full name. You can not change the case of letters, to make mistakes in writing or reduce a name if it is not accepted.
11.3 In the field should be only a brand name, game name or "others".
If mod models have a famous brand, it is a brand name must be specified.
If a fictional brand and met in a game, it is necessary to fill in the short name of the game, such as "GTA SA", "GTA 5", etc.
If the model does not have the added brand, is not taken not from a game or not a vehicle, it is necessary to fill in the word "others".
12. Replace model
12.1 Replacement model should be chosen properly.
It must be a selected vehicle model, the character or weapons in the game, which are replaced by this modification. It is necessary to choose the model that is mod, not the one you want to replace.
13. Country
13.1 The country must be selected correctly.
The field must contain the country that produced the tank, which is designed for modification .
14. Tank
14.1 The tank should be selected correctly.
The field must contain the name and model of the tank, which is designed for modification.
15. Tank type
15.1 Type of tank should be selected correctly.
The field must contain the type of tank, which is designed for modification.
16. Patch/Game version
16.1 The required version of the game should be specified.
It must be the version of the game, which is required for correct operation of the modification or version in which the tested mod works. Sometimes you can specify multiple patches, which are tested in the work mode.
17. Files into game archive
17.1 Editable archive must exist.
The game archive, whose changed must exist in the game or in one of mods that are required for this modification.
17.2 Archive format should only be in IMG, RPF or ZIP.
Because at the moment we can only import these formats, archive, in which changes are made should only have one of these extensions. And in the "The images IMG" are allowed only files with extensions * .img and * .rpf, and in the "The ZIP" is allowed to import files with the extension * .zip.
17.3 You can not add unnecessary files.
You can not add files that are not needed for this modification for example pictures (screenshots) or all * .exe installer file. Exception: allowed to upload the ReadMe.txt file
17.4 You can not upload files which are designed to copy the folder.
On the "Archive" option, download files which were intended to be copied to a folder.
18. Files into the folder
18.1 You can not add unnecessary files.
You can not add files that are not needed for this modification for example pictures (screenshots) or all * .exe installer file. The exceptions are the source files modified.
18.2 You can not upload files that are intended to be imported into the archive.
On the "The folder" option download files, which were intended for import into any game archive.
19. Transport settings
19.1 Authors settings should be added.
If the author of modifications made to model their settings, they must be specified.
19.2 Settings should have the right format.
20. Changing lines of text files
20.1 Text files which have been changed must exist.
The file in which changes are made must exist in the game or in one of the mods that are required for this modification.
20.2 The changes should affect the gameplay.
Do not insert rows in text files, which shall not make any sense or add information.
21. Mod dependence
21.1 You must specify dependencies.
You need to specify all modifications, without which the installation will not work for the files you add to your modification.
21.2 Unnecessary dependencies that are not required.
It is forbidden to indicate as a dependency modification that are not required for this mode.
22. Modification exclusivity
22.1 Only Mod creator can add exclusivity of the mod.
Do not activate this option if you are neither the author or co-author added modifications.
23. Screenshots
23.1 Screenshots must comply modification.
The screenshots must correspond to the modifications for which they are made.
23.2 You need to add at least 3 screenshots.
You should add at least 3 different screenshots of the game. If a modification is not possible to make even a single screenshot, you need to download a picture of a thematically mod with the name written on it.
23.3 Screenshots have to be taken in the game.
Screenshots modifications must be taken directly in the game. It is forbidden to take screenshots with a video demonstration, because the quality of the screenshots in this case is often worse. Permission is granted to add screenshots of 3D models, images, textures or other parts of the modifications that will be taken not in the game but in special programs, but only as additional, once the required number of screenshots are added from the game.
23.4 The minimum width of the screenshot - 800 pixels.
The width of any of the screens should be at least 800 pixels.
23.5 The minimum height of the screenshot - 600 pixels.
The height of any of the screens should be at least 600 pixels.
23.6 Screenshot width should not exceed a height of more than 2 times.The width of the screenshot should be greater than its height.
23.7 Screenshot width should not exceed a height of more than 2 times.
The width of any of the screens should be greater than the height but not more than 2 times. For example 1024x768 - is allowed, and 1024x500 - Isn’t.
23.8 Modification must be shown in the screenshots close-up.
If this can not be achieved by means of the game, you will need to use special scripts and mods to control the camera in the game.
23.9 Screenshot should be enough to make a full presentation of the mod.
Screenshot should be taken in such a way that it is enough to make a full presentation of what the modification is about. If an object or vehicle, then you need to take screenshots from all sides. The more screens, the less likely it will be the rejected by the moderator.
23.10 The first screenshot should reflect the essence of the mod.
The first screenshot on the list will be selected to be displayed on the main modification page.
What is meant by the term essence?
If the modification adds a new object or a group of objects, such as a new area or map, and replaces any old object (s), the screenshot should be an overall plan in which we will see as many sides of the object. If an object has a front side, then it must be present on the main screenshot. The object in the first screenshot has to be depicted close-up.
If the modification changes the gameplay (spell mission, opportunities, etc.), or the user interface must be demonstrated most basic (or one of the principal) changes which brings into play by this mod.
23.11 The mod should be clearly seen in the screenshots.
Modification must be shown in a good light. All items must be clearly visible and nothing more should not obstruct the view. The only exceptions are modifications that show the features in the dark (such as a starry sky, the replacement of lamps or lamp posts, etc.) as well as the mods in time management or lighting.
23.12 Screenshots should not contain anything unnecessary.
The screenshots should not be anything that improves their quality and prevents the perception of modification. The screenshots should not be a watermark, url address, server name, and other superfluous information that is missing in the original game. HUD, minimap and other standard gaming functions are not in violation. Exclusion also make logos and nicknames authors and authors' teams. 23.13 Одинаковые скриншоты запрещены.

23.14 Inscriptions on the screenshots may not contain profanity.

23.15 Marking materials for adults (18+).
If any of the screenshots shows the exposed areas of the body that is indecent to show in the European cultural society, have to be activated by a tick "The screenshots present adult material." Also prohibited are scenes with sexual overtones, even without the presence of the exposed parts of the body (for example, lewd poses, vulgar mimicry, etc.). If all the images do not meet the conditions specified above, to activate the label "18+" is prohibited.
24. Videos
24.1 The video must show events of the mod and nothing else.
The main time of the video demonstration of the modification should not take less than 80% of the time of the entire video.
24.2 The video should not be shorter than 20 seconds.
The minimum video time which demonstrates the modification must be atleast 20 seconds in length.
25. Safety
25.1 The modification should not be dangerous for the User.
If a mod contains executable files (.exe, .dll, .asi, etc.), then they should not contain malicious parts, which can lead to theft of passwords, or harm to the user's computer.
25.2 Do not add files with questionable content.
Modification must not contain the files that are hidden (encrypted) content or part of the contents. These include scripts with the encrypted content (including cleo scripts), executable files, which used encryption algorithms, and other ways of preventing the analysis of the files.
26. Operability
26.1 The modification should not lead to damage / Crashes of the game.
The modification should not adversely affect the performance of that version of the game, for which it is intended.
26.2 The description and the name should not contain information that does not match the given mode.
In the description and the title, You should not be give false information, such as modes uses different keys or is a different vehicle than the one that was stated in the description and title.
26.3 The modification must confirm addition of screenshots.
The screenshots must be displayed exactly how the modification is added to the site, rather than any other.
26.4 The modification must confirm addition of video.
The demos should be shown exactly as the added modification.
26.5 Modification must not contain critical errors that prevent its use.
This means that the events must be a working and they could use. Examples of errors: in the mod texture that can not be seen in the game; Mod on the machine, which can not take, or which does not move at all; Mod on the map, which can not be downloaded, and so on. If the modification is poor or flawed, it is not a violation.
27. Tag
27.1 The tag must be selected correctly
Tags must match added modification.
