Update-2:
1) Rewritten mod option
2) Added an addon, Changed engine characteristics fixed loading of logs!
3) Tracks now do not fall down!

The mod has:
-3 its addon
-3 default (trailers)
-view from the cab
-your engine sound
-ability to carry logs 2 points
Be sure to set the patch Spintires "Plus 8" or mod will be invalid.
