Update 2.1:
-correct the addons
-removed canisters from the right, rear cans increased
-fixed stowage

Differences from defoltnogo to-700: return steering, improved, added logging system logs (logs you can now borrow more and with loading "goat"), installed the manipulator.

Note: replaces the default k-700.
