Griffin's Land adds a large new Island to the world of Tamriel. You'll get to explore lands without any traces of intelligent life, only pure and wild nature. Coming features are a storyline with various custom npcs, the creation of a colony and even a custom soundtrack (super epic!).

This mod adds a few small islands to the land of tamriel just south of elsweyr that can be activated via the rugged ship near solitude.
Sorrowgale was once a peaceful semi-tropical island south of elsweyr inhabited by the tropens (ancient ancestors of khajiit, usually bearing greenish fur) until the jungles overgrew and the land of Sorrowgale was lost. Recently though a small group of khajiits went to settle on this new land, only to find that it would be soon taken over by a group of alikr pirates known as the rothooks. Now Sorrowgale serves no purpose other than to give your player a small area to explore and some more ways to make gold.

1.0 Adds, new island and some new creatures to fight also 2 weapons 1 hidden.
2 Npc's available from time 1-12.

1.1 Looks better, more monsters new Friendly young dragon, more land.
1.2 New follower.
1.3 More lands ,town with houses ,new weapon, npc's ,better Fearbeast's

Be carefull with the Fear beast's ,dont let them smell your'e fear.

How to go there?
Open console ~
Type: coc wilderness1

How to leave?
Type: coc Whiterun

Everquest Remade using creation kit. WIP
to travel here use the console ( ~ key)
and type "cow norrath 0 0"
to return to skyrim type "coc whiterun"

Take a trip to the mysterious Island of Hyperborea, Stop in the Balleau Inn for the night, Pop to the marketplace to buy what you need. Then start a quest. And find the followers if you can. Then take a rest in your new home, If you can complete the quest to get it...

To find this new world go to the docks in Windhelm there is a new boat there at the end, with a trap door that will take you there.

Travel to the city of Blacklight
On the road from Raven Rock to Fort Frostmoth theres a ship heading to Raven Rock with supplies, enter it and it'll take you to Blacklight. get back the same way you entered, from the gate.

Akavir as big as Tamriel (Look at Nirn map).

This mod adds a more lore-friendly type of dungeon with not too many crazy themes going on

Enternace:
To get to the entrance you have to find the old nordic barrow on the highlands south of Lost Valley Redoubt. You can get there by a hidden trail up the cliffs near the highest tower of Lost Valley Redoubt where the hagraven is in.
There is no official quest that appears in your log.

NorthEast of Whiterun a new Settlement called AspenVale Village.
